I know the feeling as I too was on a flight where everyone clapped when it was over. Worst turbulence I've ever encountered after flying +/-50 times. Absolutely terrifying.

Everyone saying this pilot needs a raise and bonus…. You clearly don't relise this would be just an easy landing and be able to bring g her to a safe stop much faster then if all wheels where down.
Bring in slow and even just like normal …hit landing breaks AS SOON AS NOSE DROPS AND DRAGGED
HIT REVERSE AND FULL THRUST WITH FULL WHEEL BRAKES.
The added drag of the nose will slow it much faster… You will have no wheel steering. That's all.
Definitely a skilled pilot there. That landing was a smooth as some of the regular landings I've had. He should be asked to teach how to do that.

Nice landing but how come they couldn’t crank it down ? Nothing like for sure good old human horse power whenever a competed or hydraulic system goes down at all , but still thank goodness no lives were lost ?
