Captain Jason Neubauer, chief investigator for the U.S. Coast Guard, detailed the investigation timeline that will take place following the implosion of the Titanic submersible that left five men dead. The primary goal of the investigation is to “prevent a similar occurrence,” said Neubauer.

James cameron used a fiber optic cable for constant communication and video feed , less than a million for the two spools of fiber optic cable to reach the titanic and back , this guy decided to not have any communication for 8 hours on the trip at a time because he coudnt buy a couple spools
