A grand jury has declined an indictment against Jordan Williams following a fatal subway stabbing. Williams claimed self defense. WNBC’s Melissa Colorado reports.

Self defense is logical.
he got off because he's black and we all know they're never criminals. they are victims of everything. Meanwhile Penny didn't go free because he's white. And who are the real racists? this guy Jordon is complete garbage and should be in prison. smh the system and media with their agenda is a joke

Remember his charges were dropped because he is black! There is no denying anymore. Both men killed a homeless man in self defense one through a chokehold and the other by stabbing… Yet the white man was charged for a chokehold that two others helped him with… Interesting!
It's a positive thing that Mr. Williams was not indicted for defending himself, but why not extend the same rationale to Mr. Penny?
How come there were no protests in the subway for this act of self defense?
Could this also be considered an issue of "race"? It's perfectly acceptable if a black man kills in self defense but not a white man? Could this be considered discrimination against a white man? This is just one more social conversation that needs to be had.
Charges should be dropped for Daniel Penny as well. NBC is always quick to point out black victims but when the suspect is black, NBC describes clothes worn like it's their only outfit. You don't hear much about the person that was stabbed but NBC dug up a bunch of stuff about Neely and of course, pushed the mental illness excuse. Family of a homeless all of a sudden comes out of the woodwork and gets NBC air time. Stop it with the racial stuff already NBC.
Glad he got off, but it demonstrates the double standard between him and Daniel Perry.

So glad to hear this! If the proper authorities are going to continue NOT arresting people and NOT providing mental health services for the unhoused, etc, then we will be forced to take the law into our own hands!!!
