She's barely even an adult yet, a top tier university like Duke has accepted her so she's set up for strong future job opportunities, ABC News is broadcasting her supreme court opinions to millions of people, and the "racist oppression" she's whining about is that people claiming disproportionate past hardships have to take a couple paragraphs to explain them? She's mad being black doesn't "automatically" equal cutting in front of white kids regardless of circumstance? She apparently LOVES racism, actually.

Affirmative action is racist towards not only asian and white students, but also towards the black and brown community in general. Embedded in affirmative action is the idea black and brown people are entirely lesser and incapable of competing with other races. They push the idea that past setbacks still persist today and set black/brown people back. If this is true, we should look at other factors completely separated from race: income, education, upbringing, etc. The idea all black/brown people are disadvantaged is the definition of racist!

This young lady is an immigrant and not what the "ideal" of that policy was intended for. Asians who are about 5% of the US population will not be able to whine about discrimination when a school selects only 5% of asian student applications- fair is fair right? Now asians here in the US will have to compete with wealthy foreign asians and legacy admissions which is well to do white C- students like the kids of actress Lori Loughlin who was convicted of "bribing" college entrance administrators…lol.
