Part-One: {Very small amount edited version; I have spend over three-hour to write this comment after listening or viewing this video *concerning the Supreme Court’s ruling in Student Loan Forgiveness!}. I can say that reading my two parts would *make some intriguing sparks and thoughts, if not for any readers edification about our current Kangaroo Court Justices mighty powerful and power abuses by the current US Supreme Court and ex-House of Representative Nancy Polosi’s lack of vision and shallow minded concerning bring any bills that would forgive student loan borrowers in old age, US Armed Forces veterans, and overall forgiveness due to burdening on the student loans borrowers that was the last thing-in-ex-House of Representative Speaker Nancy Polosy’s mind is now we all know public fact! *Indeed, I have commented dozen times thus far that Supreme Court numbers need to increase to at least thirteen to fifteen Justices and this *gross-abuse of power of *current Supreme Court Justices biased and *infranging of President of United States should once again and very strongly warranted and compelling and convincing reasons why Supreme Court's numbers be at least thirteen to fifteen compared to Japan with 120 million and South Korea with 51-million both countries have fourteen Supreme Court Justices which we always have been *snail paced recognizing a very highly warranted number of increasing Supreme Court Justice of, 9-Supreme Court Justice number that was decided almost over two hundreds years of stone age long years ago! And now just look at too small Supreme Court Justice, lousy majority out of 9, can smashing our country's freedom and infranging and usurping of our fabric of society's freedom with might power of Supreme Court Justices, especially the six is in fact Kangaroo Court Justices who thinks they are sitting on high mountain of Mount Olympus as sort of Zeus {God of all Gods in Greek mythology}, exercising its power with its, US puny minded current so-called 9-Kangaroo Court of so-called Supreme Court Justices have been abusing their power and trampling our ordinary citizens’ and they are getting away with so-called appointment for life! Fact: South Korean Supreme Court term limit is role model indeed and why can not they should be voted out after thirteen years, but not *permitted to expire in the court is a rhetorical question indeed! We definitely should follow the South Korean model which states as, “Their, South Korean Supreme Court Justices, term is initially set at six years and can be renewed until the mandatory retirement age of seventy. However, in the current Sixth Republic, no justices have attempted to renew their term through reappointment.” (Google search). The second examples are Japan and Australia as, “A retirement age of 70 applies to judges of the Supreme Court of Japan and judges at the federal level in Australia, including judges of the High Court of Australia and judges of the Federal Court of Australia (Google Search). Why can we, The United State, apply this common sense making policy on Supreme Court Justices not permitted to expire in the court?” At seventy years, they all should be retired is the underpinning cardinal point of US Supreme Court Justices must not be permitted to die in the court!” There should be a nationwide referendum on the US Supreme Court’s term limit and the numbers that are highly warranted role models based on that of South Korea, Japan, and Australia, etc.! Just review previous several rulings shall we? In addition to looking at past Supreme Court's power abuse and interference in Bush vs Al Gore Presidential election ruling, US Supreme Court effectively had chosen Republican Presidential Candidate and that is contrary to US Constitution that US Supreme Court majority of nine Justices have indeed committed treason against the US Constitution back then in lieu of abuse of its, the court’s, abuse of authority denying warranted recount, which is people’s voices! I, likely tens of millions or more, squarely blame not expanding Supreme Court Justices numbers, and squashed Student Loan forgiveness bills to House floor was none other than very naive visionless, questionable and incompetence leadership of ex-Speaker Nancy Pelosi, possibly her deteriorated mental faculties due advanced age, etc. Moreover, ex-Speaker also did circus touring of half dozen countries, with very expensive jet fuel, Air Force two no doubt, while wasting taxpayers' hard earned money spent like water while cold blooded minded by ignoring, and preventing any pending bill to relieve senior citizen student loan borrowers, US Armed veterans, (combat veteran relief loan only was a very much unfair decision that needs to be rectified!), like pretending as though she was Secretary of State by stirring up international Politics was not her domain like visiting many sensitive countries without even consultation with Secretary of State A. Blinken, aside from Pres. Biden. For example, a very ineffective former Speaker of the House, going around the world making trouble that was uncalled for, practically pretending she was Secretary of State, LOL, an idiot imbecile mind old-lady would do such an act. In short, on behalf of Student Loan borrowers, we correctly and fairly characterize ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as a cold blood indifferent person who turned out to be totally indifferent and couldn't care less about Student Loan borrowers' plight! Ex-Speaker, should or could have made a big difference in student loan forgiveness, {benefit our country’s economy by most economic experts why forgiveness has merits and remove some, not all, undue financial burdens to Student loan borrowers!), which essentially dismissed Senators' calls, some of us did not know the House of Representative has to initiate most of the bills that have to be originated from the House of Representative floor! Indeed, it was pretty much a tragedy to have Speaker of House Nancy Pelosi should never-been-Speaker of House. Accordingly, if Democratic wins a seat in the next election.

There was one good thing about Democrat losing power is ex-Speaker Nancy Pelosi's term as House Speaker gone forever, as it should, so *was fitting indeed! Thanks to her, now forty one some million student borrowers' hope has been dashed and entire student loan borrowers need to think about Nancy Pelosi's cold-blooded indifference and sure she lives well and well to do so, why should Ms. Cold blooded and ice vain her blood Nancy Pelosi worries about Student Loan borrowers' plight? I shall refrain from characterizing her by calling all kinds of well deserving names, including such hateful statement like, may such cold blooded person’s soul shall be fried in the hottest place in the hell eternally indeed; however, what is clear is the ex-Speaker of House Nancy Pelosi is a cold-blooded and indifferent person when it comes to sharing any empathy for student loan borrowers. Other reason why now just House of Representative Pelosi should never have been Speaker of house is her deteriorating-mental-faculties is undeniable, and it was truly unfortunate that Supreme Court number could not have increased even though it was highly warranted just compare Japan with 120-million population with fourteen Supreme Court Justices to have *diverse opinions before making such a profound ruling for 120-million people! We have more than three times Japan's population; yet, still sticking with such low numbers and just do not seem to care to change according to population increase! Take another excellent, compelling and convincing argument why the US Supreme Court number should be increased. South Korea has a fifty one million population and has thirteen Supreme Court Justices which we have five times more than South Korea, and Australia has only just over twenty six million population, but has seven Supreme Court Justices, age seventy-is retirement age, aside from other medical conditions! We, US, have nearly three-times more population than Japan, but nine justices, but Japan has fourteen Supreme court justices, and South Korea has nearly 7-times less population, but has 5-more Supreme Court Justices that has wide and diverse opinions, like Japan and S Korea, even more given number of population size! To reiterate once again that the aforementioned nations have fourteen Supreme Court Justices making ruling of fifty one million and 120 million population’s on behalf! yet, our Congress leaders have to so moron not to *recognize such important needs for increasing Supreme Court Justices! *I strongly believe that Democratic Party will have good chance to return to majority of Congress in next election, providing Trump's, enemy of US Constitution for attempt to tramping 2022 Presidential election that is voice of fellow Americans, main agenda of immigration as majority of immigration states with border with Mexico voted Republican Party except California and to a degree New Mexico, but Republican won convincing victory in big numbers of House of Representative in Texas, Florida, Arizona, which makes up big chunk of House of Representatives and influence other states who saw Democratic immigration Policy was not robust etc.! In conclusion, because of current Supreme Court’s abuse of power shall backfires on Republican party (it is coming…), and I herby predicting, not claiming as clairvoyant, that next election, Democratic Party has chance to reclaiming the leadership, again, proving more rigorous and robust immigration policy and balancing approach to so-called climate related regulations also recognizing mother nature’s natural balancing powers must not be dismissed… To note, as American Citizen, we have right to criticize public officials in public format without making any threat, which is not herein, and to add, it is my right to convey or forward this message to anyone I feel deemed necessary is indeed within my freedom of expression that was enumerated in the bill of right thus no one can repudiate to the contrary again referring to the US Constitution of ten bill of right amendment is another cardinal point of no room for any *refutation on my right to express in intellectual opinion stated herein! My my and my, I for one glad Nancy Polosi is no longer, should never-be-again, speaker of the House if our party takes over next election, which is a good possibility; and of course, if she lives that long given her very old age. She should resign and retire and keep away from US Congress to continually inject political poison elements like undermining Pres. of United State Biden’s agenda is my underpinning cardinal point and concluding comment; voters in her district should think twice about voting in democratic primary now she has been revealed as cold blood ice vain her blood and not onely total indifference to student loan borrowers’ plights, but also openly and publicly undermined Pres. Biden’s exercising executive privilege! I would, shall be for sure indeed (!), tirelessly conduct grassroot campaigns to oust Nancy Polosi’s very much needs of Polosit’s re-election if I am in her district as I have done in my district for over 40-years, including verifiable fact that I did help to beat Republican Congressional candidate in my district Representative who is more or less indifferent about helping loan borrowers’ plights! Had I known that, I would have never given a helping hand to her to get elected for the first time, which is a very crucial factor, because the following election to get reelected is so much easier than for the first election! The last thing I will do is neither attend ex-Speaker of House Ms. Cold blooded and ice vain in her blood’s upcoming funeral nor send condolence not too distant future given her very old age of 83 years and counting. Yes, attending Polosi’s funeral would be amount to betrayal of fellow over 41-million borrowers, including small percentage of seniors; during her tenure as House Speaker, Ms. Cold blooded and ice vain in her blood indifferent about student borrowers’ plight, but she was busy fulfilling her political agenda like during her tenure of Speaker by impeaching ex-Pres. Trump twice knows very well that then Republican majority Senate will never allow Trump’s impeachment to be materialized, which we saw not once, but twice. From essentially adult lifelong grassroot campaigner for Democratic Party and mighty the first Infantry Division US Army, the Big Red One veteran.
