This is another example why Americans need to be a part of law making, eradicating old law, re defining new law, rewording current law… no person should be eligible in politics once you've been slated in any way.. You don't have to be innocent until proven guilty when it comes to politics…. The fact that any level of government had enough supporting evidence to charge you is sufficient enough in politics.
