Why is it that whenever the Left has the majority in the Supreme Court, they are pleased as pie, they tour the decisions all over the place. Then the Supreme Court is leaning towards the Constitution, which there are supposed to be three branches of Government. Judicial, Legislative, and Executive, these decisions reflect what our founding fathers imagined from the start. But the Left now, is interested in term limits, judicial review, and packing the Court, so do they just keep adding more and more judges until we have 100, Justices, like a nuclear arms race? Since, Nancy Pelosi's, brought up term limits for judges, why doesn't she start limits for Congress, who can be bought for the right price, or swayed by PACS, and donors. In case the general public doesn't know or remember this, The Legislative Branch makes the laws, and the only thing the Supreme Court is in charge of is reading and interpreting the laws, which Branch has more lobbyists courting them? The Congress does, and they make the laws, so I believe the Branch of Government that needs term limits the most is the Legislative Branch, even more so than the President. Instead of each Party trying to gain control of the Supreme Court, why not all entities be Constitutionally grounded, or is that not part of their oath of office, if not it should be.
