Being of Scottish descent, I don't mind paying but not more than I have to. My Son and I saved up the equivalent of 5 years worth of Bills (Utilities, Mortgage, etc) and are 6 months ahead of our Mortgage payments. How did we do this? We cut out everything that was not essential (cable, cell phones, etc.) and worked with what we have. Not everyone can do this but everyone can cut back on spending and cut out things you really don't need. Discipline yourselves.

The government has really made things more difficult for its citizens and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance. it's obvious we are headed for hyperinflation,it is always the poor who take the hit.
You have to work for that money in order to call it savings
