I thought the correct approach is to improve ourselves (USA) in many of the crucial technologies rather than a brute force approach of stopping or stunning growth in our competitors. We (USA) will only hold back in the very near term using the sanction approach (since it never worked for most of the US sanctioned countries thus far), but in the near medium to long term, we (USA) will lose horribly because we are not re training our people or improving our civilian infrastructure to improve our competitive advantage.
The super rich in USA just could not care less and more sanctions and tariffs against China, with more lies and fake news can take place anytime. USA has been demonising China from both Republicans and Democrats. Whatever you do to China 🇨🇳, China will find a way to live on. God bless China 🇨🇳

That Jonathan boy thinks that supply chain decoupling from China is the best strategy for the US and its allies. Good luck to that. But before the west take up his half-baked idea think again about the cost effectiveness of such a move. It will be very costly to produce every items in any suppply chains in the west. If you try to do this you will find out that the end products would be very expensive.
