People in my state that was on food stamps normally got like $17 a month went up to $500 a month during the state declared state of emergency for covid 19 NC.

I think food stamp it's much more than 10%. I often see on social media bragging about having paid $50 for $100 worth of food credit. Selling Food stamps and buying food stamps both crimes. They have no problem buying food stamps at the most half value knowing that who they're buying them from has kids they don't care that they're taking food out of a child's mouth. Well it's not like them children are going to start they get two meals at school everyday. Mother can go to food banks .

Two years ago I received a Food Stamp Debit Card in the mail. Someone had applied for assistance using my address and their name. I took the card and letter to the Bank that issued the card and the Assistant Manager filed a fraudulent claim for me. That should have been the end of it but over the course of a year I received numerous letters from my state's Assistance Agency with that person's name and my address. I called the Agency numerous times and could never get through. I even went online to report fraud. It took probably a year and a half before the letters stopped. The fraud is real.
Dont forget about all the welfare going to the military Industrial complex or the big pharma drug pushers

The problem is people that do work and could use benefits even short term for a rough patch can’t qualify, people that refuse to work or out right commit welfare fraud abuse the system benefits. It’s actually disgusting how broken the system is.

Fifteen Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed.
A concentrated strike was carried out with high-precision long-range sea-based weapons at the points of temporary deployment of personnel of the armed forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries, as well as at the storage sites of armored vehicles of foreign production.
All NATO weapons will be destroyed.

I am on food stamps and i work 50 hours a week with next to nothing wages with 3 people to take care of 3, 6, 1 and increasing rent each month my kids eat i choose not to
