If you get over 80% citizen risk management compliance, your risk profiles fall even lower. Areas inaccessible to robotic systems, can be GPS geo-fenced off and marked for manual demining. Download the phone app, push incrementally updated hourly ( with potential unexploded munition proximity changes and new threat additions ) from a central database. If your mobile phone goes anywhere near a geo-fenced zone, you are alerted with a warning by your phone. You could have multiple alert modalities. 1. Sound. 2. Graphics pop up. 3. Vibrate. 4. SMS to a relative, friend or group. 5. Email to a relative, friend or email group for multilateral awareness. Also beneficial for soldiers and their teams. Message encryption could be also applied. This can be hands free automated and set as default for all alerts. Job complete !!!
