  1. Rule of thumb you should never build near any body of water and of course the Home Owners Association is gonna blame the neighborhood. …….πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

  4. I think the name rolling hills estate is a warning. Never buy a house near the edge of a hill or right underneath in Southern California. The land is unstable and used to be under the ocean. You are building on sand.

  5. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚who are you fuckers gonna sue?πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  6. built on slippery slopes

  7. Hah, rolling hills…

  8. They don't call it "Rolling Hills Estates" for nothing. I hope those folks had good insurance policies that will help them get back on their feet.

  9. Maybe building heavy houses with heavy roofs on the side of a hill had to do with it.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ What do people expect to happen. It's only a matter of time before hillsides erode.

  10. Earth's axis is shifting…?

  11. Such sad situation, when landslide happens.

  12. CALIFORNIA IS LITERALLY SLIDING INTO THE OCEAN πŸŒŠπŸ–οΈ..
IT WAS A SCIENTIFIC PREDICTION BACK IN 1981 THAT CALIFORNIA WOULD πŸ’―% FOR SURE SLIDE RIGHT INTO THE OCEAN, I FORGET EXACTLY WHAT DAY IT WAS PREDICTED TO HAPPEN ON BUT I WHOLE HEARTED LY REMEMBER THE YEAR(1981). I REMEMBER SITTING AT MY DESK ALL DARN DAY REALLY REALLY BELIEVING THAT I WAS OUT OF TIME TO LIVE, AND I WAS GOING TO DIE ON THAT DAY. NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME. I TRIP ON THAT TO THIS VERY DAY.

  13. You put in houses where they don't belong condolence for the families and everything but I was just don't

  14. It's happening! Bible Prophecy being fulfilled.

  15. They were serious when they called the place "Rolling Hills". Liquifaction on standard insurance policies out there?

  16. I recently watched a video of some landscaping company doing work on a seriously sloped backyard of a house in southern California. I posted to them and I'm posting here – our landscape architects and engineers are ignoring basic tenets of extreme sloped lots. Ever see the photos of hundreds of year-old rice paddies that march up the sides of mountains? TERRACING is the key and these fools don't have an effing CLUE that terracing allows water to seep DEEP DOWN INTO THE GROUND instead of running down a steep slope to the bottom. I mean, jeez-louise, is it that difficult for these idiots to understand??? Sloping lots would NOT suffer from landsldes if they were TERRACED!!! Take the tip from the people who created rice paddies on mountainsides with nothing more than hand tools – with these terraces holding up for hundreds of years…if it works it works…

  17. hmmm i wonder if them rich people are real estate developers who kicked out people from there apartments because they needed more and more MONEY

  18. Developers will build anywhere for money regardless how it effects towns or neighborhoods….. just as long as they don’t live in the towns they are developing… just like in Houston when they built entire subdivisions behind a dam on the 100 year flood plain and never informed the buyers. The love of money is the root of all evil.
