My emotions are calloused from all this light on crime behavior. Murder should be rewarded by giving the offenders 3 choices, a swift cheap deletion, self deletion, or life without parole at a hard labor assembly plant. If the offenders have children or maimed a person for life or don't choose, then they get hard labor for life with all profits going to the victim for life or their children until they turn 18.
This was Texas, so if the shooter was white and used a gun they might give him a medal.
The husband should be charged with man slaughter he was part of the cause that hot her killed just cuz he didn't shoot her he caused a disturbance that ended up her getting shot.
Justice is for the courtrooms. Personal Justice is what Fringe activities look like. Personal Justice is something far too many people think they're entitled to on a daily and sometimes momentary basis. Anybody want to donate a couple hundred million dollars to this guy to help him find the shooter. Any takers at all he might run for president you know this guy here maybe.

He escalated that situation, probably did something to make the other guy mad in the first place, then flipped the guy off. He has to live with the consequences of those decisions.
