All regulations should be simplified and with some hard outlines to prevent fraud and manipulation. Not just rules any and everywhere. Crazy!
So basically the Fed is going to keep hiking rates until something breaks. That is just a great idea. If the Fed keeps raising interest rates then it will just make everybody consolidate their money to larger companies and banks to survive the onslaught. This isn't Capitalism, this is financial tyranny
The Fed should allow low-interest liquidity for small-cap stocks, small businesses, small banks, and the manufacturing sector of the economy if we really want to pivot from China to here. The Big Wall St. money grab profit earnings with China as the cheap and easy manufacturer is over including the Big Bank speculating with low interest (commercial rental). Lifting the US economy from the ground up is the only REAL growth now.
The only thing good about Biden is his sun glasses.
Let’s take the EPA as a “for instance” as a regulatory agency. There was a time, a long time, when corporations routinely dumped their pollution and dangerous chemicals pretty much wherever and whenever they wanted to. In some places it got so bad it made people sick and they died. Hell, even the Cuyahoga River outside of Cleveland caught fire…TWICE. A river catching fire, imagine that! So we the people waited around for these corporations to wake up and get a conscience about what they were doing and change their ways. But they didn’t and wouldn’t because they were more interested in making more money. So we figured that if they wouldn’t regulate themselves that they would have to be regulated by us, we the people. So when I hear whining about being regulated I remember those bad old days. You know what the worst sound in the universe is? It’s the sound of a billionaire whining. Know what the second worst sound is? It’s the sound of a millionaire whining.
What he is doing makes sense, if you want destruction of the U.S. economy.
