Search intensifying for two children swept away in Pennsylvania flash floods

The search is intensifying in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for two-year-old Mattie Sheils and her nine-month-old brother Conrad. The siblings were torn from their family and swept away in fierce floodwaters. NBC News’ Kathy Park reports more on the impact of the relentless rain.
