  4. If their not understanding why than someone needs to adjust to special needs children and definitely for me I understand what she saying about Projecting sounds looks and motions to communicate.i will close comments huge hugs during your loss you so on point ☝️✍️ within your knowing spirit definitely can see and hear bless both hi.🎂to her and god understand mom and dad I hope that it's so not right should have been real awareness happening to the bus during from bus going dropping off and a routine to ensure care love respected and respect for those involved.👣🔌👤🔌💺🔌

  5. Poor baby hadn’t even been going to school for a full month 😢. Do we see more how cell phones are taking over our lives. Can’t even do our job without it in our hands.

  6. Time heal all wounds. I really hope they both recover and dind happiness again to procreate once again to begin anew. 😔 ❤ ⏰ 😊

  7. Poor baby 🥺❤️💕🙏🏽

  8. Why are the parents acting like they are hard broken!! She had a few fake tears at the end. If that was me i couldn't do an interview. Without falling apart!

  9. They pay aides less than what you can make at McDonald's.

  10. I teared up watching. I can't imagine how terrible this is for them. God bless and keep this family.

  11. Sending prayers nd condolences to the family I couldn’t even imagine what they’re going through 🙏🏾💜

  12. This story breaks my heart. I’m so so sorry you have to endure such a loss. My heart goes out to you.

  13. I'm so so sorry this happened to that sweet baby. This is terrible and those responsible should pay dearly, though it won't bring her back! I have a special needs grandson, and I would be so devastated as I know these parents are. RIP sweet girl.

  14. The fact that the aid was wearing AirPods while she was supposed to watch the child shows how little the aid really cared. Fly high little angel 🕊️

  15. No more misery for y’all.

  16. This really breaks my heart. I have a special needs daughter that uses a stroller and ive been contemplating having her ride the bus. Prayers to The Most High for this family and for them sharing their story with the world. ❤❤

  17. I can’t even imagine the pain they’re feeling. I have young kids myself and the thought of losing them is devastating. 😭

  18. That is absolutely devastating. Condolences to the grieving parents.

  19. Yeah having worked in both nursing homes and educational environments a lot of these aides are garbage at their jobs. Low paying jobs tend attract careless and incompetent people with both and management and admin saint much better. I wish parents get more say about who takes care of their kids special needs outside of home bc this should never happen.

  20. My deepest condolences to you and your family! This is so sad!😢

  21. Condolences to the Family.

With the DRIVER being in the FRONT then the AIDE should’ve been in the BACK to OVERSEE everything.

  22. It's stories like this that makes me wanna….. Some….. Nvmd. 😡

  23. Beyond sad. How are they vetting people for these jobs. I maintain cheap labor is expensive it encourages negligence. Pay peolpe livable wages not what the state mandates. Give them A1 training. Studies have shown that when people are valued they work better and are more resposible. When people are payed If you are not going to treat people's kids like you want your kids to be treated or don't take a job with children.
    Especially special needs.
BABY GIRL REST EASY. I hurt for her parents.

  24. So sad , she was so pretty . Condolences to her family .

  25. Im so sorry 🙏🦋🥀🕯️

  26. The monitors are supposed to be in the back with them and never have their earphones on

  27. Public school problems. Oh well. Don't mess with gods plan.

  28. I worked with kids that have special transportation. We walked the kids to the cabs watched them get put on and get buckled in. You can tell she was the life of the party. Only here for six years.

  29. This is so hurting til even the interviewer lost it

  30. This is the reason why I didn’t put my son in daycare. He’s not special needs, but he’s too young to communicate his needs to the daycare workers.

  31. My ❤goes out to the little girls family n the attendant shouldn’t have been on her cellphone that’s a big no! The
Attendant doesn’t care about kids! I’m a attendant for a sped bus when my driver n I have a wheelchair on the bus I sit in the back to keep on my eyes to check on the kid that’s in the wheelchair n the other kids

  32. That does not play on my bus . you stay
attentive and frosty or I will be yelling @ you
    Rip little baby 😥😣😢

  33. When did we normalize working and being on the phone ?! While working your phone should be used for emergencies not for entertainment you are supposed to be working that is what she was hired for … 🙄😡

  34. Rest in the arms of Jesus sweet girl

  35. Omg this is so heartbreaking man huge lawsuit 😭 I feel that mothers pain as I have a 3 year old

  36. So sorry for these sweet parents. There needs to be a new rule that NO music or phones are allowed during work hours while on the bus.

  37. The Aide and the Bus Driver need to be held Accountable. This is Unacceptable. How Pathetic. We should have Zero Tolerance for the Actions of the Bus driver and the Aide and their Supporter’s. So very Sorry for your loss RIP sweet Girl 🙏🌈🙏.
