I was in the army with guys like this. These were guys in their twenties but were like 15 year olds rebelling against authority. They would get into fights, be arrested and given a dishonorable discharge. If they drank one beer, they wanted to fight someone. I do not know what this young guy is like but running into N Korea seems like it was done on impulse. The N Koreans have no use for him except for what military information he can give.
