Keane makes a good point about reducing Russia's capabilities without the loss of American soldiers.
However, Russia can quickly restore that strength whereas the US is now running out of weapons stockpiles and is struggling, unsuccessfully, to catch up. Worse, America has become desperate enough to engage in war crimes by supplying outlawed inhumane weapons.
The '800 pound Gorilla' that seems to be invisible to these military 'experts' is that Russia has a massive nuclear stockpile that has NOT been weakeded at all AND they are making preparations to use these weapons.
It has been recognized military doctrine for over 70 years that nuclear war is not 'winnable'. Suddenly, along comes this idiot Biden, long recognized as the dumbest Senator and for having been wrong on every foreign policy decision made in the past 40 years, who became president and put people in charge of military policy who believe a nuclear war is winnable.
