I was an official whistleblower. There’s a process & it’s not about simply disagreeing with one’s supervisory chain. You have to provide evidence of legal/regulatory violations through the correct federal office & there is an internal investigation. That investigation is what Congress should look at. These guys didn’t do that & this is a one-sided exercise in bellyaching. Absurd.
I don’t think many are watching these hearings. Most are worn out by the bs. They just want all the MAGA thugs put away.

As a retired career IRS employee, I was quite shocked at the testimony these two gave. Certainly they've overstepped. They're not very smart. IMO, their testimony did not seem to be whistleblower as much as it was personal grievance. They need to appreciate managerial review, and leave it there.
