Newly-released body cam footage shows a police K9 mauling 23-year-old Jadarrius Rose as he was surrendering to police. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the July 4 incident happened after an attempted traffic stop led to a police chase. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.

Why it can’t just be an unarmed Man? If the man was WHITE they would of just said an unarmed Man but because he’s black it has to be noted he was a black man???
You see when the dog ran to the officer in the black shirt, his handler calls him back and points at the guy as he's kneeling on the ground. He flat out refused to listen to the other cops. This while the other officers are telling him to not release the dog, then telling him to stop the dog.
I hope the man file lawsuit against the pd. If I was the black man I would of fought off the dog.

Not only did that cop coat city money but the driver said he didn’t want to pull over because he felt unsafe and as far as we know there was no other reason.
That excuse wouldn’t of kept up in court had this officer not given the suspect a reason to confirm his fears. I can guarantee the charges are going to be dismissed as well as a large payout
