Stupid Western Express driver ran because of a mud flap. He undoubtedly backed into a curb, ripping it off. If he had done a proper Pre-Trip, this whole incident could have been avoided. When the driver finally stopped the officer pulls out rifle and starts shouting? No way I would have gotten out of the cab for that. The actual dog was trained better than the cop that handles the dog, as the dog runs to the other cops seeing that there is no threat from the truck driver, and only attacked the driver after the K9 handler pointed at the driver and shouted commands to attack. Not to mention all the other cowards standing around letting it happen.
If I were a black man I'd be afraid to stop too. The truck driver didn't know what he did wrong and then to see a police officer pointing a rifle at him, I'd be afraid to stop too. Black men have been beaten, abused and been killed for years by police. Wouldn't you react the same way if you were black? It happens to people of color many times. No one knows how much because they've been really good at covering things up. That's why they're against cameras because they get caught! All over a stupid mud flap!🙄

That K9 handler directed that weaponized dog who ran past the subject to turn run back and attack the man on his knees with his hands up most likely causing grave harm to the subject. Charge that officer with assault with a deadly weapon and possibly attempted murder. So they put the officer on 'PAID' leave while they try and figure out how they can slither out of this. Jail time, removed from department and sued in civil court for his actions. You can bet that if this had not been filmed they all would have denied what actually happened. I can under stand why the subject tried to run a second time while police had assault rifles aimed at the truck. FEAR of being murdered by the OHIO police club. They should have shot that dog .

So after the suspect runs in a semi truck and the police have to use spike strips to finally stop him they say he was unarmed (except for a 15 ton truck) and now the motherfucker will probably sue and get millions. He broke the law more than once! Remember the old saying you got to pay to play? You run from the police you might get a dog release on your ass but he’s the victim now? Maybe it would have been better if he ran a light while RUNNING from the police and killed a white family! You would never hear about it if that was the outcome. I am sick of black people thinking they don’t have to obey the law! BLM has emboldened the black community to the point that they think they don’t have to listen to police and I think some act this way knowing they might be able to get money even though they broke the law in the first place.
