ABC News says the border town folks are frustrated over the buoys. That's a lie, we are excited that something is finally getting done.
I see ABC chooses to not use the term “illegal” migrants. If they were legal migrants they wouldn’t have to attempt the Rio Grande…& if ABC had any real journalists perhaps they would do a story on the thousands of illegals infected with tuberculosis be relocated

There's only one problem with that lawsuit…the waters of the Rio Grande are not "navigable" in any sense of the word,full of sandbars you cannot pass any real boat or ship down its length nor has it been dredged recently to make it navigable in any real sense of the word. The water level drops to below 4 feet in some spots,that sound "navigable" for ship traffic to you? If illegals cross it standing up ,with water to their waists and they're all under 6 ft tall, how the actual @#$% is that navigable for ship/boat traffic? Just one Q.M.E.D.'s assessment ! When's the last time the coast guard patrolled that river if it's so "navigable"?
