in japan there were about 850 homicides last year with a population of 125 million. in the US there were about 20,000 with a population of about 350 million. japan only sees 10 shootings per year. in a country where mental illness is so rampant should we continue to give people guns? this is a very disturbing story. why do we continue to ignore mental illness when we've had it as a crisis for so long now?? there is something really wrong with this country and it's gonna lose its power just like England did and it's going to become like a dangerous third world country-it practically already is. Can you ever get closure knowing a spiritual leader murdered your beautiful child, who probably suffered immensely in the process? I sure could not.
