Awe the poor Republicans didn't get a whole lot out of this investigation!!! BOOHOO for them!!! Pre Trial Intervention which was paid back is not a crime. He paid it back before seeing the Judge. Probation is used to pay it back before coming to trial. I know I went through one owing the State unemployment money of $536.00. I was lucky like Hunter even though he paid much more. Once paid back the State dropped the charges!!!! Not very complicated at all. It is used for first offences. I have never been in trouble before this. But I paid the money back even though I was homeless at that time.Thanks for the Veteran Administration for helping me back on my feet and out of homelessness. They even helped me to get to court in another county 20 years ago. I am now fully retired and a disabled Veteran. I was only trying to keep a roof over my head as to not giving back that overdrawn check the Unemployment people sent me which was my real excuse I gave the Judge!
