This man had what is known as a transient ischemia attack, often referred to in medicine as a TIA. Basically, it's a 'mini stroke.' It is a very serious event that demands immediate attention since it could be a prelude to a major stroke. The fact that no one seemed to call 911 at the time and take him over to Georgetown Hospital to be evaluated by a neurologist is mind-boggling. It's criminal what they how they responded to this man. All politicians should be forced to retire at 70 years old. How can someone in his condition be trusted to make important decisions in running the country?
