Employee 4 is saying that he does not have the level of access required to delete the footage. He's not saying that he doesn't have the right (i.e, the moral right) to interfere with an FBI investigation. He's just saying that he believes he's unable to delete the files.

The other potential cases (DC, Georgia, other states) could happen before the election while this one on documents deals with confidentiality issues, superseding indictments, etc. 🤞If he's innocent, he'd want to get these cases done so he can utilize on the campaign trail. With the constant delay, he will do whatever it takes to win to make the cases all go away. He must be held accountable. Vote blue. All the way.
What everyone is forgetting that the only case that can stop Trump from getting into office is the January 6th charges! I say this because the 14th Amendment, section 3 says so! Did anyone notice that when the document case moved to May, January 6th Grand jury was immediately started! That case will be held in Washington DC! That is the only case that will prevent Trump from ever holding a public office again!
Section 3 prohibits public office holders who have taken an oath to support the U.S. Constitution and then engage in insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or who give aid or comfort to enemies of the United States, from serving in public office.

What I haven't heard so far is an explanation of what "would not have the rights to do that" means. If it's an "IT guy" who is being reported as saying it, they may be referring to the "permissions" a user of a computer system has, which is actually a term of art indicating his level of privilege, or what the system will allow him to do e.g. whether or not he has the ability to delete files. Otherwise the notion of "rights" is a vague one – legal rights? Moral rights?
