Weird that Biden was sniffing children in one of his news clips, if it has any reference to what I'm thinking, both Canis Familiaris and Lupus are used in medical diagnosis and medical experiments as sniffer dogs. Most people do not possess the ability to sense smell with the required accuracy. Too these animals change their behaviour about some people based on their perceptions, and is why Lupus is used, its ability to sense accurately by smell is hundreds of times more sensitive than Canis Familiaris.
Nb: 50 percent of Australias population of domestic dogs is partially Lupus, hence anyone from US steps into Australia voids their life insurance! Generally such dogs are more than 10 to 20 percent Lupus.

Nobody in the sound mind would believe or buy into a deal offered by the sleazy Chinese. There have been plenty of evidence showing the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is really a scam.
