Nicholas Rossi will be extradited to the U.S. from Scotland. Rossi is an international fugitive wanted on a rape charge in Utah. He attempted to fake his own death, flee the country, and create a new life to avoid prosecution. NBC News’ Ellison Barber has the latest.
