No one asked Pence to overturn an election. There is a procedure to follow if an election is not certified. The world would have looked at the AMERICAN EXPERIMENT: Wow, look at what they do when there is alleged dishonesty in an election. Pence did Not have to certify the election. I have read Constitutional Law all my life and even very early in school we were taught that President Washington could probably have made himself King if he had wanted to do so. We can thank Washington and the founding fathers for giving us a Republic "if we can keep it"… There are theories today which state that our sitting President has the power of "Kings" and can mostly do what he wants to do (in the National interest… which might possibly could be broadly interpreted). I guess what is interesting to me and possibly frightening is that another President with another Vice President might possibly get away with overturning an election and essentially taking over Government. This is simply my interpretation of the many "theories" which seem to have been around since our Constitution's ratification. I don't endorse or oppose any candidate but know from experience that men in power often take their liberties and I have been shocked at times at the power they may have used against me at a time when I was nothing more than a volunteer. I'm not being critical but neither do I appreciate it when politicians call me a crook or a criminal when I am not being paid or compensated in any way and am honestly not a politician.

Pence is correct, he put himself over the Constitution, he had the right and responsibility to ask the state Legislatures to review the electors and verify which electors were valid! He refused to verify the electors via the state’s Legislatures. So how can he say that the Executive Branch of the State override their Senate’s Authority? Many voters will for ever question the validity of the Court’s for dismissing the cases without actually considering the evidence and facts, and the fact that Biden on video states that they were repeating the same vote fraud that Obama did in his second election! Now followed with obvious evidence that the Courts have been manipulating evidence to get the results they want by omitting and hiding evidence from the jury, has done more to create distrust in the entire judicial system. From Al Gore’s challenge of Bush’s win to modern day, we see Democrats can accuse election fraud and get their day in court, but Republicans can’t get the same thing!

This judge is not going to tolerate Trump’s continued violation of the law…
