I agree most of these charges are bogus and I'm not an attorney or student of the law. I think Jack Smith is looking at what was Donald Trump's Behavior and attitude after sending of the crowd down to the Capitol Building and having lunch and watching it all take place on television. What was his demeanor how was he responding two people in that room after some were pleading and begging him to put a stop and end to the violence he could see transpiring on television this is where Donald Trump should have been the better man and better leader and March down with the crowd with a bullhorn that's what a real leader would have done but how did Donald Trump respond I think that's what the prosecutors are going to be asking a lot of questions on and then what way did Donald Trump approach Mike Pence about changing our delaying the count. Those are the two things I believe they're going to convict Donald Trump with and on what was said to Donald Trump and how he responded was so much violence going on that he could have put an end to it. I think when the jury here is some of that testimony that will put an end to Donald Trump. It tells me if he could at least try to put a stop to the violence at the Capitol building and chose not to. That makes him guilty
