Footage apparently shows a police dog being released by a K-9 unit to attack an unarmed Black man who was kneeling on the ground.

An unarmed Black man was mauled by a police dog in Ohio after he had already surrendered to authorities with his hands up following a high-speed car chase through multiple counties earlier this month, according to newly released body camera footage.
The lengthy pursuit began after Jadarrius Rose, 23, of Tennessee, failed to stop for a vehicle inspection by an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper on July 4. The footage, which was first obtained by the Scioto Valley Guardian through a public records request, shows state troopers giving the dog’s handling officer several warnings to not release the dog if the man surrendered with his hands in the air.

Sue the county all the police who were involved the state and the department
Cops did a slow stroll to where the police dog was tearing up an unarmed, non- resisting man.
If a K-9 refused to follow orders, it would be permanently taken out of service. The same should apply to their handlers. Why are mud flaps such a major issue on a sunny day? People shouldn't be put in the position to call 911 because they are being terrorized by law enforcement. What crimes did all of these officers ignore to catch a mud-flap violator? Was this the only violation being committed on July 4th?
😳 kinda wished I hadn’t watched that now, geez those screams are haunting

This happened 2 days ago in Ohio the driver missed the scale house. For that he’s treated like trash. I’ve been driving since 1982 for United Van Lines and missed a few weight station myself. That’s so f up!
After reading the circumstances I can see why the cops were in a hyper defensive mode. They had just chased this man through 3 counties in a high speed chase which would have endangered countless lives. I lived there and Ohio roads are always busy. I don't believe he should have released the dog. But the man wasn't just some innocent person they decided to stop.
I do not like video's like this it make you take out Cops!!
What dip shit cop needs fired for abuse of power now?
The Kkk still lives.
This is going to cost tax payers millions.
With that police officer should be fired. Who let the dog bite him.
