What’s happened in the so called “opioid crisis”, since gooberment got involved? Nothing except deaths more than doubling. Meanwhile, gooberment is blaming “big pharma.” Well, gooberment has to bilk somebody. They did it to “big tobacco”, now “big pharma” is next. Finally doing good
Oxycodone isn't plutonium, it's lifesaving medication in the right hands. While the marketing of Oxycontin was no doubt negligent in understating the addiction risk, when are we going to correctly pin the blame on addicts for failing to use these medications responsibly?
Something is wrong in this country when someone suffering severe pain is told to take an ibuprofen for it, while the addicts living in tents consume unlimited quantities of fentanyl imported indirectly from China. People are not being held to account for their drug use, both prescription and illicit, and consequently you have pain patients who are suffering while addicts overdose nearby. The status quo is good for nobody.
Do any of the readers of the channel know if Oxycontin was approved by the FDA for distribution? This is important because it means that the FDA has completed its due diligence about Oxycontin & approved it for marketing. Thanks, in advance, for your response!
