Diamond Princess proved that quarantine inside ships is not effective, because these environments facilitate the incubation of the virus. All of these passengers should have been disembarked earlier and quarantined on the ground inside hospitals and the asymptomatic ones in isolated areas. The lack of adequacy for protection against the disease and the lack of rapid tests are two other enemies to be overcome.
Stimulus Tax Cuts is the only way to save the " Economy ". 4-6 Months NO TAX or cost more as " unemployment " kick-in and ending up costing more for States + Federal !!!
