Timothy Bliefnick was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his wife in her Quincy, Illinois home in February. Bliefnick had appeared on the game show “Family Feud” four years prior. WGEM’s Dylan Smith reports.

Yall have to remember that it is the attorney's job to give the best defense possible to the client, regardless of guilt. She did her job well and, for that reason, he will never be able to successfully declare a mistrial, appeal the verdict, or appeal the sentence. Poor kids. Orphans in one day because someone couldn't accept that he couldn't have his own way.

Everyone is on here jumping down the lawyers throat and unfortunately she's doing her job defending the scum-of-the-earth because the law says they have a right to an attorney. I personally don't believe that she believes that he isn't the worst of the worst, but she has a job to do and part of that is representing POS sometimes.

You know when a person goes off like this and shoots 14 times, now I don’t know all the circumstances in this case and I’m not necessarily applying this here, but to open peoples eyes to the fact that people can be bullied or leveraged or extorted and have things held over them for a time or even years to where they snap and can’t get enough get back in a short order to satisfy the wrong done them, I’ve seen it done more than once with abused women who decide after years of abuse to put a stop to it, they already were mentally traumatized and once started shooting, shot way more than necessary to an outsider, but because of circumstances she snapped and it all came out at once, same goes for some men in my life of investigating, a women has done every wrong, disloyal, betrayal, a real awful person in ways I can’t say hear, with a mouth of abuse and needling knowing he can’t touch her, taking everything he worked for even before meeting her, house, vacation home, vehicles the money, the kids and demanding more and sneering in the courtroom, the guy is living in a halfway house and she’s getting away with murder figuratively and using the money he gives her to go out and sleep around, drink, cocaine and leave the kids with whomever and buy trinkets and toys for the boys, so one day it’s enough and he unloads, right or wrong, everybody reaches a breaking point and some times more of a thing is a sign of the pain and suffering some have gone through and not necessarily always being an animal, their are a plethora of reasons besides just an animal for overkill, one only witness or live through it to understand how this could happen in some cases.
Why do they keep mentioning Family Feud? He was a contestant on the show like many others have been over the years. He has no significant connection to the show. Why do they keep making it a point to bring it up?
My deepest condolences to the family, especially the precious children. May God guide their lives to take this tradgedy and turn it into triumph.
