No boomer ever worked in a factory. Lazy hippies or greedy business dealers. It was the previous gen & X ers that actually worked for a living. M's are con artist or cry babies. Olders Z's are too busy trying to figure out what gender they are.

It is time for parents to wake up and realize leaving your kids your estate may not be in their best interest if they do not have your work ethics. I know that is hard to consider but if they were brains washed with the NPC mindset, you might be flushing your estate down the drain.
I agree with this, but there also has to be a balance between hard work and still being able to enjoy your life without working it away and barely being able to make ends meet. It's not realistic to have to get two or three jobs just to pay your bills and take care of your family. People do want to work, but they also want balance.

40 or 50 years ago most people compared themselves and their success against the people they went to school with and people from their local area.
Today, kids use social media to compare themselves to strangers all over the planet who use "Fear of Missing Out" and "You Only Live Once" to convince 'followers/viewers' that they must act on their current whims or they will never have the chance again and no one will care about them if they don't act now.

That's about right was a welder for 25 years couldn't earn enough money to live so now I'm a CNC lathe operator pays a little more but still not enough to live
How do you get young people to do jobs that will never be a viable way to live? I don't know maybe a cardboard box and a spot under a bridge when you come to work for us 😂
But don't worry you'll be working 12hrs a day 6 days a week so you won't be home often 😂

I know someone’s got to do it… but “good for the soul” is a stretch. A buddy of mine works on major construction sites… he says by 6AM there are already hundreds of nips in the trash that was set up at 4AM… yikes.

This was a job when an incredibly snooty manager (re: corporate slaveowner) offered her the gift of working 40 hours a week for free, then called her spoiled for not wanting it when she herself (a 50 year old CEO boss babe) had broken "new ground" for her gender in her youth. That position, however, was nothing like the very real paid opportunities this expert is talking about.
Been an IT worker for nearly 30 years this guy tells the truth real work is hard physical work BUT brain work is still work even though it does not strenghten your body it does give some satisfaction to your soul

Physical./manual labor is such a blessing for younger adults, which engaging in productive, team work! Now we've had diabetic, computer junkies! They look pale, unhealthy, lack of muscle tones. That ruins Americans' hardworking, cooperative generation to carry the torch. No wonder work ethics is poor, social interaction is missing, weird.
No mention of the many blue collar jobs that Americans used to hold that have been completely overtaken by foreign labor, driving down wages to unlivable levels and severing the passing of generational skills as families have to turn to different industries to make a living
If you havnt seen this coming for over a decade it's amazing. These kids cant be the ones blamed for this they are a product of their environment just as designed. Simply look at the education they receive today. Kids are no longer taught to be problem solvers they are taught to be victims and accuse others for their problems. The government cant have people thinking independently and logically getting any ideas. The truth is still that everyone can be successful if they are raised with just a little encouragement and given a chance to find what inspires them.
The younger generations don’t need the work blue collar. Biden and his Homeland Security are allowing millions of illegals from around the world to enter the US. They will soon be doing all the labor jobs at half the price. And the young male Americans will continue watching p**n and using their stimulus money to support their favorite OF babes.
I started servicing septic tanks 23 years ago. I would gladly take a 1/3 pay cut if I could get more time off but nobody wants to do the work I'm doing.
