You can be convicted of a crime in more than one jurisdiction without it being double jeopardy. Military members that commit crimes face local law and the UCMJ.
As this pertains to Trump he isn't charged with the same thing at the federal and GA level. At the federal level he is charged with defrauding the government, obstruction of the electoral process, and conspiracy to disenfranchise voters. The GA indictment is Rico, solicitation, impersonation, forgery, false statements, etc.
There isn't any overlap for Trump so he can't make the argument for double jeopardy.
The democrats have done everything Trump is charged with, at one time, or another, and none has ever been held accountable. We certainly have a two tiered justice in America!!!!!!!!!

I do see a path to move this to federal court. It has been charged as RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization). Some of the members of the organization are not qualified to have the case moved to the federal level, they are state employees.
