You all realize they used the vagueness of Georgia's RICO laws to charge Trump, right?
The simple fact that they had to find some law to then pursue and build a case should tell you everything you need to know about the shady nature of this prosecution.
It's not like Trump openly committed a crime. In fact, the RICO law allows the prosecution to create a narrative to that effect, in order to convince a jury. Meaning, the defense doesn't need to have have actually committed a crime, but so long as they can create the narrative and convince a jury, that is all the matters.
If you somehow think this is good and for the benefit of America, you are mistaken.
It will spell DISASTER for future elections and politics in Georgia.
