Outside of desert communities, we just saw steady or heavy rains. It was non-news. They really should’ve localized the warning to the desert areas that already have a history of flooding even during normal raining seasons. Instead of creating mass panic across Southern California like it was going to be the end for all of us. But that’s the media for you.
