Students in some states unable to adequately defend themselves amid school disciplinary action



In some states, students have little ability to defend themselves when schools take disciplinary action against them. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson speaks with a young man whose academic career was derailed by an accusation that he was never charged for.

  4. It has become virtually impossible to remove dangerous behavior from classrooms. This is a major reason teachers are leaving.
