Authorities have identified the gunman in the killing of designer and store owner Lauri Carleton. The suspect shot Carleton after making disparaging remarks about a LGBTQ pride flag at her Southern California store. The 27-year-old suspect was later shot and killed by police. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
