County officials in Maui announced they are suing the electric company over the devastating Lahaina fires, alleging negligence. This comes as officials are ramping up their search and recovery efforts on land and sea as they urge the public to provide more DNA samples. NBC News’ Steve Patterson reports.

When the search is ended I hope they build some kind of elaborate memorial and list ever single name of deceased and missing person and place it in the center of town where the most people can see it every single day where they eat, shop and/or work. Also build a park with a playground in honor of all the missing kids that can never be torn down in the future. Maybe oprah would fund it.

You can't expect me believe the stranded fire victims are "forced to flush their toilets with bottled water" when they are less than 100 yards from the ocean. The tragedy is already bad enough without NBC needing to sensationalize it with more of their stupid narratives. So let me get this straight this is the three-week-old story with over 1,400 people and 900 + children are still missing and now they're just starting to look and obviously many were vaporized in the direct energy weapon attack they shut the water off they sent the kids home from school even before a fire broke out alone without their parents they shut the alarm siren system off the police barricaded the citizens in the town so they would die and there's video after video showing the trees intact and the buildings turned into dust I mean we're talking cast iron bathtubs cast iron sinks porcelain fixtures turned into dust along with cars that were literally melted with trees with leaves standing next to them and now some of the officials are resigning as still locals are getting no aid from the Coast Guard from FEMA or all the other government entities and to top it off they're sending the eviction notices to remaining structures will declare the place uninhabitable the state will inherit the land and BlackRock will get the properties Al Joe Biden said no comment well he left saying we'll have a laser sharp response wake up sheeple direct energy weapons..

Imagine you had billions of dollars, you were a very greedy person and saw $$$ in everything you see and had no remorse for the loss of life or anyone's well being except your own. Imagine I wanted to own a island that every year millions of people would visit. But… how can I own a island… how can I buy a island.. let alone part of a STATE? How can I push these native people out? Do I wait for a tsunami to come wipe them out???.. or can I rely on a perfectly orchestrated moment when a hurricane is nearby and winds are ferocious where I can "start a fire" and hopefully this FIRE can wipe out part of this town to begin this journey of OWNING part of the island. This happens everywhere whether you folks like it or not and the United States government is famous for this such as overthrowing countries government and presenting democracy and hiring a puppet "president" to negotiate all the deals with the U.S. such as natural resource deals and etc. For Maui.. however.. it is using Natural Disaster as a scapegoat to push the people out so the blame will be shifted and offset. I would not surprised if Lahaina 50 years from now becomes filled with resorts, clubs, hotels and lights all around like Vegas with not a single sign of Hawaiian history to be found.
