What he's dealing with could be the result of falling a couple of months ago, hitting his head and his brain being swollen, Epilepsy.
It's basically a glitch in the Operating System of a Human brain.
A Stroke is caused by blood vessels in a persons brain being blocked and causes permanent damage.
I personally am dealing with both. A Grand-Mal Seizure? the brain freezes to the point they fall down, a "mini-siezure' or "auras", they pause.
The only way they discovered that at some point I had a mini-stroke, a TIA, was with an MRI, it probably happened while I was asleep.
Strokes cause permanent damage, Seizures don't show. An EEG on a persos head and a seizure actually happening, is the only way for them to know WHERE in the person's brain it's actually happening.
As a senior Registered nurse I see two things. 1) This elderly man is having what is called 'trans ischemic attacks'. (TIA's, lack of oxygen to the brain due to age and hardened arteries) He should be relieved of his duties. A stroke is immanent. 2) AND my disgust that his self interested political party hangs on to him for it's own numbers. Do none of you care?

Heading down the same sad path as dementia quid pro Joe Biden, but Mitch will be all right as long as the main stream media covers for him.
we have a serious issue with sitting senators and supreme court justices who are not fit to stay in office from a health capacity. Really need term limits on top of health screenings. When they are no longer mentally or physically capable of doing the job they should be removed from office. It isn't ageism to remove someone from office who is no longer mentally or physically capable of doing the job.
