I don’t know if Trump owns his mug shot. Copyright laws may prevent his profiting from selling his image. The mug shot belongs to the person taking the photo, not the person who’s photo was taken. On top of that the Fulton county sheriff’s office may be entitled to a share of the profits from Trump selling the photo as merchandise, so expect Fulton county to sue Trump for profiting from his crimes, copyright infringement, and selling stolen merchandise!😮
