  1. So this means the cops don't think they can do their jobs and be good people at the same time! Every single one of those sheriffs is a coward and a bully! They obviously never deserved the trust to be in the schools in the first place!

  2. Translation; "If we can't crack skulls, we don't want to be there."

  3. You in the city need to get off your butts and vote to change these laws in school, the lives of your children depend on it. Get involved in your voting and what's going on at your schools. This action to remove officers from your schools is redicioulous

  4. Cops are just trying to get their way 🙄 fire the SROs and the this leader cop while we’re at it

  5. thug cops get tehri macho fix by beating up little kids, idiots

  6. I don't know if it's a good or bad law, but that's the face of a man who loves some good old-fashioned excessive force.

  7. So many ignorant comments from fools who don't work with teenagers. You go sub at a public high school for a couple weeks and you'll see real quick why some kids need restraining. Some are belligerent with zero respect for authority and pose a real threat to those around them.

  8. Straight up admitting that appearances are more important than protecting children. Got it.

  9. So this proves leftists actually want deleted kids. We knew it.

  10. I attended schools with no ROs and no students died. Now all the sudden children aren’t safe without security guards. I call BS. ROs are more likely to escalate altercations and no RO has stopped any active shooter. They run and hide until police show up.

  11. It's not surprising woke democrat's actions have resulted in in Minnesota's school children being less safe considering it's the democrats, through their open border policies, who have supported child trafficking and fentanyl distribution.

  12. The kids will be fine. Get cops out of schools!

  13. Why would anyone want to work in a predominantly 🖤 school. Not worth the trouble. Let them deal with it themselves. Good luck to you..

  14. God forbid police have to learn to be better at policing.

  15. You mean the kids are more safe now. End Qualified Immunity and watch all the bad cops quit cause they know they don't follow the law.

  16. Wow, Democrats really hate the police! An unsafe living environment is what they deserve with their ignorance and they’ll be getting it too!

  17. Stop paying your taxes if they going to pull them out , you guys just going to let your kids die to school shooters ? Those schools are for sure going to be targets

  18. Child molesters in uniform

  19. So im 53 when we went to school we didnt have or even need resource officers !? I would have to say the real issue is Bad Parenting

  20. So I’m hearing the police cry that they can’t restrain your kids and treat them as adults. Fire your cops if this is how they view your kids

  21. Classic pigs. Whenever reasonable limitations are put on their ability to exert power over people, they throw tantrums and leave, then blame the restrictions on it being safe.

Power tripping manchildren, all of them.

  22. The law is ambiguous, it doesn't matter what the AG or Mn governor say, it will be what the lawyers and judge say on the interpretation when a case comes to court; presently it seems like a DFL trick to get police into trouble and yes, the sheriff has the power to do what he is doing, in fact a sheriff has more power in his respective county vs. the president of the USA.. yes, look it up and educate yourself.

  23. Apparently it's really hard not to abuse kids.

  24. Hallelujah and amen for this legislature. This is the best news I’ve heard in a very, very long time. Minnesota leading the way.

  25. Kid's in Minnesota are now safer…cop's are neanderthal morons…they will always make things worse rather than calm things down

  26. So, by pulling the SRO's, he just indicated that his officers can't be retrained or are too stupid to be retrained to follow the law. WOW.

  27. You defunded. LOL!!! Good luck. I cannot wait to see the end results. Maye the leftists can for a pillow fighting team?

  28. Lucky schools and students! I really wish they would be pulled from schools here.

  29. I’d feel WAY safer if they’d pull them out of my kids’ schools. SROs are especially dangerous to disabled children, who may not always be able to follow commands or mask their behavior well enough to appease officers. I have neither seen nor heard of an SRO de-escalating A SINGLE situation in our school since they’ve been placed there, but I’ve heard loads of stories about their shocking treatment of students. This situation is good for no one. Schools are right to protect the children in their care from physical violence.

  30. What an embarrassment 👎

  31. i can't stomp on a kid so i won't do my job; i can't choke a black man i won't do my job.
we show up 8 hours later when someone gets robbed. An uber would arrive before they've left the donut shop.

  32. So he's letting the schools hang out to dry becasue his deputies can't be thugs with badges anymore…

  33. They have a caliphate now. they'll be fine. allohasnacbar!

  34. The Sheriff is 100% correct. The laws are so vague in many states, that police officers often get in trouble. It's foolish and dangerous to be a police officer in those states.

  35. When I went to school the security was Father Derney! Dean of discipline! Man how the school system has fallen off!

  36. I don't like the rules, I'm taking my ball and going home.

  37. REALLY??? The police don't want to promise not to hurt children???
What is wrong with these organizations?

  38. "We want to be able to hurt children without being sued by their parents." – Sheriff Bob Fletcher.

    Fixed it for ya.😗

  39. It was the rebel yell that gave the kids free rebellious will in this new age
    THUNDERDOME
We are the kids in America
    We don't need another hero
We just need to know the way home what we HAVE is ours just beyond this
    THUNDERDOME

IM GLAD I DONT HAVE KIDS ….

  40. This weirdo remove the officers completely instead of trying to adjust to the law why do officers need to restrain kids on the ground these ppl have no desire to try anything different they refuse to listen to the public

  41. Lol! This is what u voted for-enjoy it! Keep voting democrat!

  42. So instead of training and adapting to following the new guidelines just like everyone else the solution was to pull them out and reduce the time at schools knowing it will cause issues due to his belief that his officers training will violate this new policy well then they should reduce there budget

  43. Good for you sheriff, the schools have become a war zone and the kids are the warriors.
