Ive had a rat come up through the toilet one year that we had floods on the Mississippi the rats all went up to higher ground i remember the city put poison in the sewers they're were so many they ate 250 pounds of poisoned rat bait

I don’t think that’s a rattlesnake and I’m pretty sure he’s not animal control. No animal control would grab a rattlesnake with bare hands… they have hooks for that. I think it’s just a Brown snake….😏
