it’s so sad to living under the environment of the bureaucracy of New York City , those bureaucracy adminitrator only knows to sucking blood from property owner to their good living, as recently of my encounter of bad luck by one of my tenant complaint window leak when it’s comes raining days, but the city of housing department given me violation notice of no heat provides to tenant . as landlord me want to quetiining why in summer day need to supply heat for the building? I needs to ask quetions on phoone there is no one to answer besides machine, tenants have way to complaint landlord but landord no way to ask why, this is so called democracy and legal system?
