I think these funds should be held liable for the crimes that people commit while using these funds. If you can prove that you were robbed by one of these hackers and you had to pay for something via one of these services, the service should be held liable if they cannot provide the information to the hacker.
I also feel that this is just electronic counterfeiting. They're making a resemblance of the American dollar in the American currency and causing inflation to run rampant through the market. If you look at the charts of the inflation and when crypto came on board, you'll see.
