Personal trainers were already having a tough time. Why? Go to for example AF battle field school house: They don't do anything special as far and PT…but they do it CONSISTENTLY just about each day until they can't do it anymore (muscle failure). Everyone is always impressed by how they look. There not going into a gym and lifting huge amounts of weight…they are just doing what they do every day regardless if they want to or not. Why do most people fail with their goal at the gym? They are not consistent, they think a "pump" is progress and don't under "No pain no gain"….and once they are done with cardio for an house, they include desert after at dinner with friends. You don't need a personal trainer, you need to understand that everyone is different and experiment…be consistent, and be honest with yourself: Are your pants getting bagy on your or not? Are you curling more with your arm or not? Is 50 pushups easier for you now or not?
One answer… not to all of it. Remember the Tower of Babel?
