Larry, you are missing the obvious. It does not matter to the Biden Administration what the Supreme Court has decided or what the powers the Constitution grants the Executive Branch. The Biden Administration can do whatever it wants to do with impunity because there is no downside. Who is to stop them? No one can stop them short of impeachment and that is not possible with the Democrats in control of the Senate. So, take some Valium and try to relax. Say your prayers that there is a major change in government in the next election cycle or you may not live long enough to see the end of this.

Nuclear energy is much safer than it used to be and it is cleaner you just have to put the plants somewhere stable like maybe not right along the ocean where it can get hit with a tsunami. Climate change some say yes some say no. what I know for a fact is pollution is real. In my state there are rivers that only have fish because they get stalked our oceans are polluted from New York I know it for a fact because I have sleep clean water and what we have here in New Jersey is not clean nuclear power can be much safer and cleaner. I wish we had something else now. like cold fusion I think we will get there but until we do you can't make people starve. Stop polluting build more nuclear power plants and work on the future.

Our society has been built around the climate Earth has had for the past approximately 10,000 years. When it changes noticeably, as it has done in recent decades, then our society suffers. Global land and ocean temperature increases; rising sea levels; ice loss at Earth’s poles and in mountain glaciers; frequency and severity changes in extreme weather such as hurricanes, heatwaves, wildfires, droughts, floods, and precipitation; and cloud and vegetation cover changes. Such things will our society have to deal with in a massive scale and it will only get worse.
Between year 1 (the start of the 1st century) and year 1400 the planet's average surface temperature swung up and down in the range of 0.4°F. For the next 500 years the planet's average surface temperature lowered a bit(0.2°F) but still only swung up and down in the range of 0.4°F.
From 1970 to 2020 the planet's average surface temperature have risen 1.8°F.

Not tapping one's own oil reserves is like going to a bank to pay market interest rate on a $100K when you have $100B buried in your backyard earning nothing. The USA should put its oil on the world market, build refineries and nuclear plants and get that cheap energy to the third world. Get their standard of living up and crime and birthrates down. Compete with Russia for EU demand. Sometimes I wonder if Biden doesn't just simply hate his own country.
