If it's true what good lawyers are saying, then yes he should get a new trial
Face it he didn't kill them he may have had a drug problem and stole the money but his own son believes him trust me if his own son believes either you do it he didn't do it. I believe they just threw the murder charges in with his wife and son but I don't believe he killed them
